WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Become a vital part of the "Hololight Space" team, a global leader in Industrial XR Unity apps. Surpass expectations in expanding and upkeeping our app across XR devices. Spearhead innovation in XR industry processes through inventive approaches. Demonstrate ownership by consistently delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a good Unity development background, a genuine passion for immersive experiences, and a proven track record of successful projects. Your responsibilities will include:

YOUR MISSION

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Unity XR modules “Hololight Space”
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill product requirements and specifications
Implement new features and functionality to enhance user experience
Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
Debug and resolve software defects and issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

YOUR PROFILE

Fluent in written and spoken English
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Unity Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects (preferred in AR/VR/XR Development)
Proficient in C# programming language with a strong emphasis on writing clean object oriented code
Ability to collaborate effectively with highly skilled, motivated individuals who uphold high standards and strive for continuous growth
Aptitude for fostering team spirit, celebrating achievements, and providing support during challenging times

Preferred:

Proficient in working with managed and native C++ libraries
Experience in developing applications for AR/VR/MR devices such as HoloLens 2 and Meta Quest
Familiarity with the Mixed Reality Toolkit (MRTK) and other XR Tools & Frameworks (XR Interaction Toolkit, AR Foundation, Vuforia, ...)
Experience in maintaining complex multiplayer applications with know frameworks (Photon, Unity Netcode)
